The group matwork pilates class is suitable for men and women of all ages, for those rehabilitating post injury and those who are injury free. No previous experience is necessary and classes are suitable for all fitness levels.
We run our classes in small groups, with a maximum of 6 participants.
These classes aim to provide improved posture, increased strength, better coordination, increased flexibility and better balance. They are also helpful in reducing back pain, helping you to strengthen core muscles and to reduce arthritis pain.
